This is going to be a brief review of a company called directorysubmissions.eu which is a link building company who say they specialise in building relevant links. They say there relevant links are of the highest quality possible and have been created around googles definition of a good quality inbound link.

The links they build are done naturally which I have head is very important, they also produce links from sites with a minimum pagerank of 2 but they also state it depends on your niche. Aslong as you are competing in a big niche then they will be able to build all the links from pagerank 2+ sites.
My site is just over 6 months old and I have been using directorysubmissions.eu for about 2 months now, since I have been using them my traffic as gone up dramatically and is still continuing to go up as they build more links.
