The UKs post is set to be delayed for a week
Another mass strike is due to start at the Royal Mail this week on Friday morning. On a the verge of a national dispute as the Government are suggesting that part of the Royal Mail becomes privatised in order to modernise the institute. The royal Mail has recently been cutting back jobs, slashing pay packets and reducing services.
A spokesman for the CWU said that it will cause a significant impact on a regional basis in the UK. To sort out this mess will take at least a couple of days which will be severly frustrating for people across the country. People all over the UK will be hit with this strike and no doubt it will cause a lot of hassle and un-wanted stress.
The Union director, Dave Ward said that the recent decisions of the Royal Mail were illogical and did not make sense.
Direct Mail services around the country have already been seriously affected and peoples post is due to be in limbo for at least a week. The same protests were present last year when the Unions were kicking up a fuss over pay and job losses.
The Government hit back by saying that the Royal Mail really needs updating and the Union should not stand in the way of this change but help it along its way. Amid claims that the postal service will halt the Royal Mail have claimed that all post offices outside London will be running normally.
Workers and protesters alike have been swarming the streets with large banners the size of houses which much of cost the union a lot of money in digital printing. The workers are primarily claiming that mail room services have hit an all time low and something desperately needs to be done to rectify this situation.

A coworker told me a story about her recent jury duty and how that experience really opened her eyes to the realities of drug abuse. She was surprised to learn how people addicted to drugs often end up living.
The trial was about a drug dealer that had killed one of his customers. The addict had been a former tough man contest winner. He knocked the over-six-foot tall drug dealer out in one punch. When the dealer awoke, he went home to get a gun.
When he returned to the scene he shot and killed the man who had knocked him out cold. During the trial, this peddler of street pharmaceuticals admitted that this was a matter of pride for him. Drug rehab centers are needed.
Unfortunately, that pride led to the death of another junkie. He was also rewarded with a twenty year all-expense-paid incarceration courtesy of the State. Aside from the inherent sadness of this story, my co-worker also discovered how the life of a drug user often becomes a depressing reality.
She found that there were people that would actually rent garages and sheds to have a place to stay. Their drug habits apparently took so much of their money that all they could afford was a garage or shed to rent. I can’t imagine how horrible that would be in the winter time.

I imagine that if you were living in a garage or a shed, you might not have access to running water either.
